1. What are the admission requirements?

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Criminal Record: Must have no criminal record.

  • Language: Must understand, write, and speak French.

  • Motivation: Must be motivated and willing.

2. What is the content of the training?

Our security training includes 54 hours of essential content divided into 10 key modules covering the rights and responsibilities of security guards, customer service, various types of posts and roles, as well as security equipment and systems. The program also features modules on communication, conflict resolution tactics, appropriate use of force, workplace collaboration, emergency measures, risk analysis, planning, and fire prevention concepts.

Additionally, you will learn report writing to meet the requirements of your future job. In addition to this training, a 16-hour workplace first aid course is required to obtain certification in Quebec. All necessary learning materials, including manuals and access to our online platform, are included.

3. What is the price of the training?

The price of the 54-hour security training is $460 before taxes. Currently, we are offering a 25% discount, bringing the price down to $345, or $396.66 including taxes.

The 16-hour workplace first aid course, required for certification, is available at a price of $147.17 with taxes. All prices are listed before taxes.

4. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept several payment methods to make your registration easier. You can pay using Visa, debit card, Mastercard, American Express, Interac transfer, PayPal, or cash. Please note that we do not accept payments by check or via PayPal.

5. What is the duration of the course?

The course duration depends on the format chosen. For the security training, we offer several options: Daytime sessions: Spread over 2 weeks, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, for a total of 8 days. Weekend sessions: Spread over 4 weeks, Saturdays and Sundays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, also for a total of 8 days. Evening sessions: Spread over 3 weeks, Monday to Thursday, from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM, for a total of 12 days.

For the workplace first aid training, it lasts 16 hours and is available in two formats: either 2 full days in person or 4 evenings of 4 hours each in person. Please note that the first aid training is currently offered only in Montreal. Contact us to explore available options if you reside outside the greater Montreal or Quebec City areas.
